| 達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)和業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo) Achieve sales target and business goal 通過(guò)和當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)主、設(shè)計(jì)院、工業(yè)園區(qū)管委會(huì)、管理公司和承建商建立良好關(guān)系來(lái)推廣來(lái)實(shí)建筑系統(tǒng)產(chǎn) 品和服務(wù) Promote and sale Lysaght building system products and service by keeping and establishing good relationship with customers， design institute， industry zone com mittee， management company and builder 維護(hù)老客戶和開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶 Maintain old customer and develop new customer 建立有效的項(xiàng)目信息渠道，收集項(xiàng)目信息并篩選跟進(jìn) Build effective project leads channel， collect， select and follow up project information 參加和舉辦研討會(huì)/展會(huì)/客戶培訓(xùn)會(huì) Participate and hold seminars/ exhibition/ customer training 通過(guò)工程和產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)度支持銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)，為客戶提供解決方案，參與合同商討及談判 Provide engineering and product expertise to bolster the sales activities， provide best solution to customers， participate contract discussion and negotiation 積極參與市場(chǎng)及業(yè)務(wù)策劃，執(zhí)行銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略 Actively participate market and business planning， implement sales strategies 收集市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài) Collect market data and understand competitors conditions 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 Experience Requirement 5 年以上在制造、建筑或工程行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years working experience in in manufacturing， construction or engineering industry 如有銷(xiāo)售相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳 Sales experience is a plus 如有相關(guān)客戶/設(shè)計(jì)院資源更佳 Reference or proven customer/ design institute network is a plus 資格要求 Qualification Requirement 良好的教育學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷（如 985/211 等國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)），本科及以上學(xué)歷，土木工程相關(guān)專業(yè) Good education background （eg. 985/211， domestic and oversea famous university）， bachelor degree or above， study civil engineering related major 良好的英語(yǔ)能力 Good English skill 能接受出差 Be able to travel around |
