| We are a company incorporated in Singapore with the main objective to promote the design and application of new generation building systems based on the use of ecological and sustainable-friendly approachable steel structures. We have branches in the Asia Pacific region namely China， Malaysia， Thailand and Australia to promote our company philosophies， building systems and new generation construction materials. We have been involved in not less than 250 major and mid-size projects and the fabrication and construction of steel structure for the construction industries for the past ten years. In China， we have applied our building systems to build chemical plants， pharmaceutical plants， exhibition halls， train stations， machinery stores and mega-malls in its major cities such as Beijing， Shanghai， Guangzhou， Chengdu， Suzhou and Haikou etc. Currently， in line with our company’s objective to build an ecological-friendly low and middle cost housing， we are gearing our efforts towards constructing single and multi-stories steel structure for low and middle cost residential housing. Through extensive research and development， we have modified the design and improved on the various processes of fabrication of these steel structures. We are proud to be able to produce a range of construction materials that is easier to install without the constraints of weather or site conditions equipment. We have utilized this new generation ecological-friendly light weight steel materials as the structure of residential housing. This type of housing model will be extremely cost effective， quick and easy to install and suitable for providing high volume low cost housing projects.
